I'm a west coast transplant whose curiosity about people led me to earn a bachelor’s in Psychology. Instead of pursuing a career as a couples counselor, I wrote about one in my first novel.

I've spent my career writing about fabulous, independent heroines, and my free-time exploring self-development and supporting young women in my local community. My passion for empowering women shines through everything I do.

I wasted much of my adult life trying to fit in a round hole when I was born a square peg. I've finally embraced my multi-potentialite nature and added Holistic Life Coaching to my list of superpowers. When I'm not writing or encouraging my clients, I'm obsessively deepening my knowledge of personal transformation, watching a comedy special with my high-school-sweetheart husband, or attempting balance on my yoga mat.
